We're WayBack Brewing. Surrey's newest craft brewery. We're seeking a few awesome individuals to join our team Specifically cooking pizza's out of our brand new NY style pizza trailer. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and procedures
  • Ensure that all food meets quality standards and is cooked properly
  • Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Skills:

  • Kitchen experience
  • Food safety knowledge
  • Familiarity with the food industry
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced restaurant environment
  • Experience in food handling and preparation

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)
  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Surrey, BC V3S 5X7 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Surrey, BC V3S 5X7: Relocate before starting work (required)
