What is it?


Responsible in creating and maintaining the image of the dealership through advertising and is a prominent presence within the dealership and Is responsible for training, developing, and motivating sales team members.


What can I expect?


New Sales Manager who joins our team are fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using.

They start with learning about each department in the dealership to understand how they all work together and Manage the day to day operations of the parts department by training, motivating and monitoring employees, and will also go through product knowledge training (which will be ongoing) to ensure they are product experts.

Our teams work together and learn from the best. There will be process guidelines about comprehensive sales management training.


The sales teams work 5 shifts a week from Monday to Saturday and there can be late shift as per the requirement.

One of the objectives of the Palladino Auto Group is to grow our people. We are dedicated to providing training and development opportunities, and helping people build careers. Many of our dedicated employees are promoted internally to the next level of hierarchy.

What do I need?
The minimum schooling requirement is having your high school diploma. It is preferred to have Post secondary education in a business related field. It is preferred to have experience a commissioned sales setting. Experience in the automotive sales industry considered as an asset.

Some of the things that will make you successful in this position are:

  • Having an Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be detailoriented, charting individual sales, establishing individual sales goals and dealership bonus plans, and constantly monitoring dealership sales against the business plan.
  • Being able to manage and motive the sales team Being customer focused, with customer service experience
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Having a exceptional product knowledge and the ability to explain and train based on the content.
