Your New Role:
As an Account Manager for our mechanical contracting company, your crucial role involves maintaining and expanding our customer base. You'll build strong client relationships, promote our services, and drive business growth. Collaborating closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you ensure successful project execution. Your responsibilities span from preparing accurate estimates for mechanical services to tailoring solutions based on client needs. Effective communication with business partners and field technicians is essential. Additionally, you'll oversee project implementation, track opportunities, and contribute to strategic decisions.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical construction. (HVAC, Plumbing etc.) Previous involvement in mechanical service would be of benefit (field or office) Additionally, you should possess strong computer skills with MS office. This is going to be an in-office role.
What You'll Get in Return:
In this role you will enjoy a competitive base salary of 75K-90K+ bonus. Your package will also include 2- 3 weeks' vacation. Full benefits after the probation period, pension contribution plan.
