Job Description - Sales Representative - Recochem
Objectives of this Role

  • Represent Recochem
  • Aftermarket products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the aftermarket product line and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Meet annual sales budget through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new aftermarket customers
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Possess indepth product knowledge and be able to conduct product presentations and relay objection handling
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for customer presentations
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current customer needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product presentations
  • Perform regular competitor monitoring and update reports on the market
  • Energetically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Must be a self starter and able to deliver improving results in a team environment
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time to customer meetings and events.
