Motel 6 Saskatoon is looking for you to be AWESOME, and for you to help others to be Awesome each day A great Leader will lead by example in all aspects of their employment._

Responsibilities are:

  • Training and coaching clean team members on the "6 Steps of Cleaning".
  • Tracking labor on a minutes per room sold basis, assisting team in achieving quality results.
  • Preparing assignments and following up with progress to meet productivity goals.
  • Meet all demands of the property by cleaning rooms and carrying out laundry production when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
  • Effective communication with Guest Services Staff and Maintenance department, in addition to daily productivity reporting to General Manager.
  • Responsible for complying with all Safety and Security policies as outlined in the Employee Safety and Security Manual.

Requirements:

WEEKEND DAYTIME work required.

  • Excellent communication skills (ENGLISH).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and direct others to do the same.
  • Being AWESOME.
Hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Supervisory experience an asset.

Wage negotiated based on experience
