Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Storage and Organization: Place dishes in storage areas in an organized and efficient manner to ensure easy access and minimize waste.
  • Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Scouring and Cleaning: Scour pots and pans to remove food residue and stains, and clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash in a timely and efficient manner to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
