With extensive experience in the security field, including great leadership, our state-of-the-art monitoring facility is equipped with advanced technology and proprietary software, operated by highly skilled professionals.


Responsibilities:

  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Monitoring and adjusting camera analytics.
  • Ensuring monitoring schedules are correct.
  • Supporting the installation and setup of new sites including site mapping.
  • Speaking to technicians to ensure proper camera angles are attained.
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Accurately document and maintain records of work performed via ticketing system.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Additional certifications in business, networking, or related fields may be advantageous.
  • Experience working in IT and with video surveillance systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating System.
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and excellent problemsolving skills.
  • The ability to manage time and tasks without constant oversight.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
