Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of proposals for clients, including gathering information and data, formatting, and proofreading.
  • Review BC BC, Bids and Tenders and other media for opportunities and Track upcoming opportunities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met through Gantt Charts.
  • Initiate Proposals, set proposal schedule, set up proposal template, interview PM's and engineers on win themes, key issues, solutions
  • Set up schedule and fee template based on RFP
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitoring of project finances.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have access to the information they need.
  • Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Set up schedule and fee template based on RFP
  • Lead the proposal preparation process including establishing the schedule and reviews.
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Knowledge in Indesign
  • Graphic design skills would be beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
