We have three (3) Temporary, Full-Time Project Coordinator role's available until April 19, 2025. This position will be based at our Central City Offices, Surrey, B.C. with a hybrid work model.


As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the Portfolio Manager, Clinical Informatics, and work as a key member of the Advance Program to support the operations and execution of the Advance Program's strategy associated with a complex EHR implementation.

This role will support the overall program including some key strategic governance committees.

Foundational to the success of this role, is the ability to work across a diverse group of stakeholders, ranging from clinicians, IMIT, vendor partners, informatics and executives across Fraser health, lower mainland partners and the Ministry.

Detailed Overview:

_ Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families. _


The Coordinator provides project coordination services to Fraser Health (FH) in the areas of business planning, process design, information management and transition planning under the direction of a Project Manager to improve the quality, consistency and delivery of IM services across FH; develops management and operational business processes and process templates in collaboration with assigned IM operating units; coordinates cross-functional teams to complete selected projects by working with project managers, business area managers and consultants to support the implementation and execution of selected projects, project management and budget control; assists the Project Delivery Services team with developing and establishing standards of practice for project management, selection, completion and follow up; implements project tools and processes consistent with industry-wide best practice, FH business and operational requirements; assists with measuring the overall effectiveness of improvement IM service delivery and responsiveness and monitors outputs against defined project standards/outcomes.
