ClearSecure is looking to hire a full time Window and Screen Assembler who has some prior experience in the glass and/or construction industry.
We are looking for someone who cares deeply about customer service and is driven to complete the task right, the first time.
We operate a busy shop.We are continually fabricating windows, door lites, and side lites using RockGlass and/or tempered glass.
We take great pride and care in the services and products we deliver.
Customer satisfaction drives how we behave, and guides us to ensure we get the job done right the first time, every time.
- Fabrication, assembly and occasional installation of RockGlass products.
- Taking great care to maintain the highest level of customer service and quality workmanship while performing assigned duties.
- Going above and beyond to ensure safety policies and procedures are understood, followed, and shared with all those you work with.
- Cleaning/cleanliness must be a priority
everyday. - There must be an element of cleanliness in everything you do, so you MUST understand and respect the importance of cleaning as you go.
- Understanding, striving to achieve, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Daily administrative responsibilities, including paperwork and supporting documentation will be completed and kept in order.
- You MUST be able to understand, and follow the processes we have in place to effectively track work flows.
- Working with a teamoriented focus, and a clear understanding of what it means to be an effective team player, as well as being able to deliver results in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment.
Qualifications:
- A valid class 5 driver's license is required
- You MUST care about our customers, and our culture.
- Prior experience in the field is considered an asset, however training will also be provided.
- An keen understanding of how to operate hand, power, and shop tools, and all safety aspects involved with these activities.
- A keen eye for detail, and high quality standards for all the work you do.
Pay:
From $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
