Office Equipment Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Office Equipment Service Technician to join our team at Durabuilt Windows & Doors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office equipment and providing top-notch technical support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Inspection and Testing: Regularly inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete work orders, test reports, and maintenance records to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior electronic equipment service technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in electronic equipment maintenance or a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
