We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Product and Technology Trainer who gets a thrill out of creating interesting, thought-provokingcontent to a receptive audience in both live and web-based environments. Leveraging your own industryexperience and knowledge of the automotive industry, as well as leaning on the Sales Training & Development Manager and the occasional subject matterexpert, you will be involved in designing, updating and implementing product training programs. For continuous training, you will analyze learning needs, design and develop blendedlearning solutions, and measure and report out on learning effectiveness.

You will be working closely with the Sales Training & Development manager as well as a variety of different groups within the organization.

You will:

Be a champion of change. The status quo is your worst enemy and mediocrity is at its side, we'rerevolutionizing an industry and you're creating our battle strategy. You will do this by evaluating andre-evaluating current and future product training initiatives. Be a Master of your craft. Assist in designing product training programs, online courses, and self-study sessions directed atemployees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services. Be a strong communicator. Facilitate and deliver information effectively, conveying factual andconceptual content. Be a steward of knowledge. Develop and implement learning assessments to test learner knowledgeand skill competency. Be resilient in your efforts. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither were our training programs. . You willbuild and advocate program and system trainings while owning the process from conception toimplementation to continued improvement. Know your audience. Convey technical terms to a technical and non-technical audience.

You Have:

● An accredited College or University degree

● Knowledge of OPENLANE platform, , tools, and systems required (Slack, Salesforce, Zoom); 2+ years preferred

● Excellent public speaking skills; experience leading virtual training is a plus

● Superior communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts, and possess strong active listening skills

● Intermediate technical writing and designing skills Excellent editing and project management skills

● Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Drive, Slides, Docs, Gmail and Calendar)
