We are looking for a Business Lead to support our EVP, Game Development.

This individual will be a highly organized and strategic thinker who will help ensure smooth operation and execution against our key initiatives in partnership with the EVP.

Support prioritization of key initiatives in partnership with EVP, Game Development and the rest of the Fortnite leadership team to facilitate decision making
Monitor and help build strategic objectives to completion, owning communication of performance to broader stakeholder groups across the company
Navigate stakeholder groups at Epic, including other functions and executive management, to find the right teams for solving problems
Partner with EVP, Game Development on daily workflow, including preparation for executive meetings, reporting, and other critical projects
Serve as a strategic thought partner for our games teams
Strong passion for our games across multi genres and perspectives (players and developers)
~2-5+ years in management consulting, business lead, or chief of staff experience
~ Extensive experience presenting to and collaborating with senior executives
~ Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and relationship-building skills
~ ability to remain flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands and respond with a sense of urgency
