The Learning & Development Specialist will report to and work directly with the Director of Learning & Development within our People & Culture team.

This individual will be helping to achieve the strategic goals of the L&D department by facilitating a diverse range of internal projects in a fast growing and dynamic SaaS landscape.

Responsibilities.

  • Onboard new hires in live inperson / remote training, focusing on efficient, welcoming and masterful experience.
  • Assess L&D needs and gaps through communication with staff and research of existing materials.
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate and continuously update L&D content.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through engagement and satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of all existing L&D projects and platforms, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of the new tools, methodologies and technologies in L&D delivery.
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of our company's business goals, value proposition, and product offerings.
Qualifications.

  • Previous experiences working in learning & development, knowledge management, technical training, onboarding facilitation and instructional design.
  • Experience with elearning systems such as Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate.
  • Training video development, capture, editing, production, narration.
  • Constructing learning paths, modules, quizzes, performance and engagement monitoring.
  • Degreelevel education / professional accreditation in the field of Learning & Development, or other relevant fields.
  • Capable of connecting with a diverse crowd of new hires while delivering personable training that correlates with the company's core values.
  • Strong IT Skills.
  • Strong foundational understanding and experience of visual design fundamentals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver trainerlevel presentations both in person and remotely.
  • Entrepreneurial and selfmotivated mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently without constant supervision.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and comfortable with problem solving.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Asana and Adobe Premiere.
