What you'll do

Responsibilities

Sports Betting - Timeliness and accuracy on all offered sports as it relates to event start times and resulting, processing with 100% accuracy is crucial, any oversights or misunderstandings may result in a financial and/or reputation impact to the corporation. Work together with Sports team and Draws Audit to achieve a positive experience for sports players.

AL/ILC Draws -Timeliness and accuracy of all AL and ILC draw games as it relates to winner selection and liability processing, processing with 100% accuracy is crucial, any oversights or misunderstandings may result in a liability and/or reputation impact to the corporation. Work together with Draws Audit to achieve a positive experience for draw players.

Corporate Contest Draws - Broad knowledge of rules to perform contest draws with 100% accuracy.

Department Documents and Procedures - Accurate and timely updates to procedures and processes in real time to avoid any issues in processing draws.

Issue Management - Ability to recognize deficiencies/issues with systems/processes and follow documented procedures or escalate as required.

What you'll need

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

A post-secondary education in a business discipline or equivalent experience with 3+ years of professional experience in troubleshooting processes, process documentation or in an IT desk support and/or customer support role working in an environment independently and without supervision. Experience or demonstrated ability to: Work in an environment where accuracy is crucial. Work with data to analyze and come up with a result. Ability to follow processes & document. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision. Ability to communicate and write fluently in English. Ability to work a typical shift from 7:30pm - 4am depending on when draw is complete. Ability to cover team member absences as required. Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, macros, etc. Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.

Professional Skills:

Ability to see the big picture and understand the impact to the player and retailer. Time management will be very important. Work collaboratively within a team. Must have the ability to be self-motivated and demonstrates initiative. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.

Assets:

Lottery and/or gaming experience.
