Job Description
Ensuring a balanced and healthy menu for Rimrock staff while meeting high service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan daily staff cafeteria menus for 300 staff with a focus on healthy, tasty from scratch cooked food Plan menus for special staff functions Execute food preparation and cooking activities with focus on Quality Order adequate amounts of food as required for planned menus and to meet demand Train all staff cafeteria employees on proper Hotel protocol and procedures and according to Food Safe practices Always maintain a clean and safe work environment and obey to HACCAP StandardsQualifications
Food Safe certification 3 to 4 years' experience working in a culinary role Red Seal or equivalent Able to meet the physical demands of the position Strong communication and interpersonal skills Actively contributes to a positive and motivating work environment Creative with a keen attention to detailAdditional Information
