Part Time, Monday & Wednesday, 8:45-11:45 a.m.
Do you love working with children? At the Y, we understand it can be hard for some members to find time to stay healthy and fit when they are responsible for caring for young children - that's why we offer babysitting services

Are you the right fit?

  • Enjoy working with children aged infant12 years old
  • Able to provide fun ageappropriate games and activities
  • Able to dress, diaper and feed infants and children as needed
  • Able to establish rapport with members and their families

What else do you need?

  • Babysitting certificate or 612 months' experience working with children
  • Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification (can provide in house)
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • The Y is entrusted to provide a safe environment for children and vulnerable individuals. All applicants will be thoroughly screened through a review process including Police Record Checks with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Checks._
