This role is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related field.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant support to customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and procedures
Excellent persuasion and project management skills

  • Experience with CRM software and help desk systems is a plus
