Job Summary
Provide quality customer service at the receptionist desk answering incoming calls and greeting visitors to the building. Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that require attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing required documentation for returns i.e. credits, shipping and receiving etc.
  • Assist with processing Invoices, Moneris Vault, RMA's and Cash Sale Procedures.
  • Assist with credits, debits, and freight claims
  • Assist entering customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring correct flow and accuracy of documentation from customer order entry
  • Assisting in completing month end procedures and customer orders
  • Follow pricing instructions to input quotes and orders into the system
  • Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives and ensure all documentation is properly executed and deadlines are met

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum two years of office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry
  • Detail oriented, selfmotivated & organized individual
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and set priorities

Minimum education requirements:

  • High School Diploma required;
  • Post Secondary Certificate or Diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
