DescriptionSCOPE:

Senior business analyst involved in CJDD product initiatives, collaborating with technical teams, delivery managers, business sponsors, and subject matter experts.

DELIVERABLES:
  • Documentation of high-quality software design and SDLC phases
  • Support for troubleshooting production issues and day-to-day operations
  • Engagement with stakeholders to analyze complex problems and business goals
  • Testing support including User Acceptance Testing and training
Experience and Skill Set RequirementsMANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
  • 8+ years' IT Business Analyst experience supporting medium to large projects
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project work tracking tools
  • Scrum master experience
  • Hands-on experience in working with business stakeholders and providing triaging support
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Proven track record in Agile team environments
  • Ability to document and analyze requirements, lead JAD sessions, and prepare Architecture Documentation
  • Experience in large systems implementation projects and business analysis
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in building documentation for production readiness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent presentation and workshop skills
CRITERIA:Criteria 1 - Business Analysis Skills (40 Points)
  • Experience in business analysis for large scale implementations, Agile methodologies, and creating Business Cases
  • Working knowledge of system concepts and development methodologies
  • Experience supporting QA teams with testing documentation
Criteria 2 - Technical Skills (30 Points)
  • Experience working with technical and business SMEs, solution design, and DevOps project tracking tools
Criteria 3 - Communication Skills (25 Points)
  • Leadership in creating business requirements and design documentation
  • Ability to capture data for business processes and provide client support
Criteria 4 - Public Sector Experience (5 Points)
  • Previous experience in Government or Public Sector organizations
  • Experience with Case management applications
