Full job description

Business Analyst is a critical player in ensuring a smooth and successful transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at Accuenergy and contributes to maintaining and improving the ERP system after post Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project management: Coordinate with the ERP implementation project manager to ensure the project runs effectively and efficiently.
  2. Business Needs Assessment: Analyze current business processes, understand implementation goals, and identify areas for improvement through the ERP implementation.
  3. Requirements Gathering: Work with the project manager and stakeholders across departments to elicit specific needs and pain points to define the functionalities required in the new ERP system.
  4. System Design and Configuration: Collaborate with the project manager and external consultants to translate business requirements into configurations within the ERP software to meet Accuenergy's needs.
  5. Gap Analysis: Identify gaps and work with stakeholders to determine solutions, including workarounds or system customizations.
  6. Communication and Training: Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team, communicate project updates, manage expectations, and develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  7. Change Management: Develop a change management plan to help users adapt to the new system and workflows.
  8. Post-Implementation Support: Monitor system performance, address user issues, manage master data, and ensure the ERP system meets the evolving needs of the business.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Coordinate on ERP system improvements after going live.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in full ERP implementation projects (Microsoft Dynamics BC and SAP are preferred).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills; CAPM/PMP certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degrees in Business or Computer Science.
