- Someone that is mechanically inclined. If there is an IKEA shelf to be put up you are the one, if you need to change a spare tire you have your wrench ready

- Attention to details: You like to find the 7 differences in the newspaper game section. You have fun with a paint by number drawings and don't get how people would paint outside the line?
- Organized: Your workspace is clean and organised, You don't need to put your pens by color and size but you can appreciate the effort in others
- **Technical Skills**:_
- Experience in a production / shop environment.
- Previous work with Flexo Printing or other printing process (an asset)
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and be standing for 8 hours at a time (you get breaks don't worry)
- Communication skills in French and/or English.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Good math skills, you can weight things in Kilograms and have a comprehension of percentageswe mix our own ink i.e. 80%black + 20% white = grey
