We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team, working out of our Montreal office.


The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing all inventory being received and shipped out of their designated warehouse, ensuring a proper and efficient flow of goods.

They are also responsible for all activities related to the up-keep of the warehouse.

They will also be utilized to help diagnose and repair ATMs for our customers in the warehouse and may be sent in the field in a backup capacity to help install, repair and uninstall these terminals.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inventory being shipped and received, verifying all parts, terminals and other equipment coming in and out of the warehouse to maintain adequate unit levels.
  • Create and adhere to guidelines for asset management, determining where all items are stored in the warehouse, developing standard protocols for given warehouse, and maintaining appropriate recordkeeping for parts used, returned and repaired by utilizing company ERP system.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts to account for all inventory stored in the warehouse, reviewing and resolving as necessary.
  • Coordinate activities for ATM and parts purchases and deployment.
  • Perform daytoday basic repairs and maintenance on terminals, coordinating with 3rd party vendors to repair parts that cannot be completed inhouse.
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, ensuring all items are stored in an organized, neat and systematic fashion.
  • Assist with staging of new and used ATM terminals and parts to ensure functionality and cleanliness, programming with correct parameters and testing communications.
  • Guide customers over the phone to resolve issues, troubleshooting a series of procedures in order to resolve issues, in a backup capacity.
  • Conduct inperson service maintenance when issues cannot be resolved remotely, diagnosing, repairing and testing terminal for full functionality, in a backup capacity.
  • Perform other jobrelated duties, as assigned or required.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • High School Diploma required.

EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, & KEY COMPETENCIES

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • At least 1 year experience shipping and receiving goods.
  • Bilingual in English and French (both written and verbal).
  • Basic computer skills for order processing.
  • Strong sense of organization with ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A valid Driver's License in good standing.
