**Business Development Associate Mentorship Program - Permanent Position - Montreal Office**

Fuze Logistics is a growing leader within the 3PL transportation space, with offices across North America. Fuze is quickly establishing themselves as a provider of choice across small mom & pop companies, all the way up to Fortune 500 companies.

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting 40-50 cold calls per day to logistics/operations managers in order to facilitate business transactions.
Recording lead names, companies, and conversations in our internal CRM.
Booking in video and in-person meetings from those calls, with the assistance of our sales leaders, in order to further move ahead the sales process and facilitate new business.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships across multiple groups and levels.
Developing strategies to target potential customers in cohesion with our sales leaders.
Daily interaction and brainstorming with Senior Business Development Representatives to learn new strategies and proven successful ways to target potential clients.

**Requirements**:
Direct B2B sales experience (cold calling, client-facing customer service, telemarketing, etc.).
Bachelor's degree or completed technical degree is an asset.
Strong work ethic and a professional image combined with high standards of excellence, high tolerance for working in a fast-paced environment.
Tenacity, initiative, and drive balanced with flexibility and adaptability.
Ability to accept rejection related to potential sales.
Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills.

Bilingualism is an asset.

Effectuer un minimum de 40 à 50 de "cold calls" par jour aux responsables de la logistique et des opérations afin de faciliter les transactions commerciales.
Enregistrer les noms, les sociétés et les conversations des prospects dans notre CRM interne.
Organiser des réunions Zoom et des réunions en personne à partir de ces appels, avec l'aide de nos responsables des ventes, afin de faire avancer le processus de vente et de faciliter les nouvelles affaires.
Développer et entretenir les relations avec les clients à travers plusieurs groupes et niveaux.

**Exigences**:
1 an d'expérience en vente directe B2B ("cold calls", service à la clientèle, télémarketing, etc.)
Un baccalauréat ou un diplôme technique complet est un atout.
Le bilinguisme est un atout.
