ELITS is now looking for a
Lead Test Integrator who are comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams and excel at designing quality technology solutions.


About this position:

As a Data Lead Test Integrator, you will be part of our team and you main
responsibilities are:

  • Master the organization and execution of testing activities;
  • Establish the testing strategy for a multisquad initiative;
  • Understand the agile delivery method
  • SCRUM in a SAFE context and how testing activities are managed (from unit testing to acceptance testing);
  • Analyze requirements and ensure optimal coverage in all phases of testing;
  • Coaching team members in the development of test activities;
  • Influence the definition and evolution of quality assurance practices;
  • Recommend appropriate tools (within the Bank);
  • Define and communicate relevant metrics (KPI);
  • Implement a testing approach within the project team or squad to ensure test compliance;
  • Make recommendations on the deployment of the solution in production.
  • Understand the granularity of testing
  • Implement white box and black box testing
  • Understand the concept of virtualization in integration testing

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the industry, and 7 years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree, related to the industry, and 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills at all levels;
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and software testing practices;
  • Experience in testing in a DevOps context (Test Data Management, automation, integration testing approach and continuous deployment);
  • Experience in Test-Driven Development methods;
  • Experience in test automation using new generation tools;
  • Experience in the banking industry, desirable;
  • Experience in a collaborative environment with external vendors;
  • Increased ability to adapt quickly to change;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing;
  • High sense of initiative and innovation;
  • Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English.
