**Développer Web Principal** au Canada qui rejoindra notre secteur d'activité Life & Safety à Montréal, QC. Nous recherchons un développeur senior prêt à relever ce défi. Vous agirez en tant que liaison de produit dans les réunions quotidiennes et les réunions SCRUM. Vous serez également responsable de diriger la traduction des caractéristiques du logiciel en exigences techniques (Features) et de suivre le développement logiciel basé sur Agile Scrum. Vous devez avoir une solide expérience du développement de logiciels en.NET avec WPF.

**Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes**
- Aider à évaluer la valeur et la priorisation des histoires et des épopées en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe produit pour s'assurer que l'orientation du travail s'aligne sur la stratégie globale du produit.
- Définir clairement les histoires d'utilisateurs et les critères d'acceptation pour chaque fonctionnalité.
- Participer à la conception, au développement, à la vérification et à la documentation de notre produit.
- Préparer le backlog en vue de la planification des sprints et des versions.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de développement pendant les cycles d'itération, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la clarification des exigences, la révision du plan de test et des cas de test, l'approbation des fonctionnalités.
- Fournir des mises à jour régulières de l'état du projet et du calendrier
- Diriger l'équipe de développement afin de livrer des logiciels efficaces selon les procédures et les calendriers établis.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Un baccalauréat en génie logiciel (de préférence un diplôme canadien ou américain).
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en développement de logiciels
- 2 ans d'expérience récente avec React / NodeJS avec +5 ans d'expérience en JavaScript- Capable d'établir de solides relations interpersonnelles avec les analystes d'affaires, l'équipe UI/UX, la direction, la haute direction et les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Compréhension des méthodologies Agile, compréhension technique des produits, et mise à jour des normes et des meilleures pratiques du secteur.

**Summary**

Intrado is looking to hire a
**Lead Web Developer **in Canada who will join our Life & Safety business segment in Montreal, QC. Looking for a Senior Dev ready to take this challenge. You will be acting as the product liaison in daily stand-ups and SCRUM meetings. You will also be responsible for leading the translation of software features into technical requirements (Features) and following Agile Scrum-based Software development. You should have a strong experience in software development in.NET using WPF.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Aid in assessing value and prioritization of stories, and epics by working closely with the Product team to ensure work focus aligns with comprehensive product strategy.
- Clearly define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria per feature.
- Participate in the design, development, verification, and documentation of our product.
- Groom the backlog in preparation for sprint and release planning
- Collaborate with the development team during iteration cycles, including but not limited to requirement clarifications, test plan and test case review, feature approval
- Provide regular project status and schedule updates
- Lead the development team in order to deliver efficient software according to established procedures and schedules

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in software engineering (preference Canadian / US degree)
- At least 5 years experience in software development
- 2 years of recent experience with React / NodeJS with +5 years of JavaScript experience
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business analysts, UI/UX team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
