What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with Geotab's goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead the team managing partnerships to ensure a seamless partner experience and drive programs for partner growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create initiatives that boost product adoption through channel partners.
  • Oversee the design and enhancement of channel program structures to motivate performance and recognize excellence.
  • Establish and review program metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals and drive partner satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for partner needs and influencing product development.
  • Engage with key partners to understand their challenges, build strong relationships, and foster a community of advocates.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline partner enablement and provide resources for partner success.
  • Analyze market trends and partner feedback to identify growth opportunities and revenue strategies.
  • Manage department resources and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Maintain open communication with reports and support the Partner learning strategy.


What you'll bring to this role:
  • 5+ years in channel program leadership or similar roles in the technology sector.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive partner programs, incentive structures, and certifications.
  • Strong background in partner enablement, channel management, and sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of connected vehicle solutions and industry trends.
  • Experience in leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in change management and international partnerships.
