Training Coordinator

Position Description/Summary :
Training Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating life skills trainings and workshops for all six LLRIB communities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify and assess current and future training and development needs for the residents of all six communities. Plan, organize, develop, and implement trainings for the La Ronge Band communities and Agency's clients. Determine the training requirements, coordinate with trainers, and establish a training schedule. Complete follow-up of activities related to trainings provided by the Agency. Prepare reports, maintain program/project records and statistical information. Ability to work independently and prioritize workload. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A certificate in Office Administration will be preferred. Background in training methodology. Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficient computer skills; knowledge in MS Office and office technologies. Valid Class 5 Driver's License. Must be able to provide a recent and satisfactory Criminal Record check, Driver's Abstract and Child Abuse Record check.
