Relevant du directeur du centre d'affaires, le coordonnateur des achats veille à la disponibilité des produits pour répondre aux besoins des clients tout en maintenant des niveaux de stock optimaux et négocie les prix, la livraison et les conditions spéciales.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:
- S'assurer que le centre d'affaires dispose d'un stock suffisant pour atteindre les objectifs établis en matière de service à la clientèle ;- Acheter de la marchandise auprès de fournisseurs approuvés en fonction du prix, de la disponibilité des produits, en prenant la bonne décision pour le centre d'affaires selon les données disponibles et son jugement personnel ;- Gérer les dépréciations de stocks afin de minimiser leur impact financier sur le centre d'affaires ;- Analyser et corriger rapidement les écarts de stocks ;- En collaboration avec le gestionnaire du centre d'affaires et les vendeurs, évaluer les nouveaux produits et les nouvelles gammes de produits, et les recommander ;- Tenir à jour les données des fournisseurs (coûts spéciaux, délais, etc. ) à jour ;- Créer de nouvelles UGS de stock au besoin ;- Maintenir l'intégrité des coûts des UGS spéciales dans le système ;- Gérer les rejets et les retours des fournisseurs (marchandises défectueuses, obsolètes ou reçues par erreur), et émettre des notes de débit le cas échéant ;- Soutenir les relations entre l'entreprise et les fournisseurs, et l'alignement ;- Maintenir continuellement les connaissances techniques pour rester à jour sur les différentes lignes de produits ;- Participer à la préparation et au décompte de l'inventaire physique cyclique et annuel ;- Rencontrer les fournisseurs pour établir et maintenir des relations et négocier des accords spéciaux ;- Coordonner les réunions des fournisseurs, en collaboration avec le directeur du centre d'affaires.

EXIGENCES:
- Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de préférence, ou une combinaison d'études et d'expérience pertinentes avec au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience dans la fonction ;- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et esprit d'équipe ;- Capacité d'organiser son travail avec un minimum de supervision ;- Attitude professionnelle énergique et positive ;- Excellente gestion du stress ;- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement informatisé ;- Connaissance des produits, un atout.- Bonne connaissance du français oral et écrit.
