Customer Care Call Center Rep

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with conflict resolution primarily, but not limited to Billing, Moves and Service calls
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with key contacts within the organization (Workforce Planning, Service Managers, Central Administration, Call Centre management teams, Contractors,) and work together to ensure customers' needs are prioritized
  • Accountable for accurate and timely updating of customer accounts
  • Assist with other organizational projects as assigned.

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

  • Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated sales, retail, call center and conflict resolution experience
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate with a broad range of business clients
  • Calm, selfcontrolled and focused under stressful situations, but possessing a sense of urgency with respect to creating customer solutions
  • Outstanding problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise tact, discretion, sound judgment and empathy
  • Strong organizational skills in order to balance workload, meet commitments and set priorities

Additional Notes:

  • Flexibility to work extended business hours in the Call Centre (Monday to Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm).
  • Some overtime and weekends may be required
  • Hybrid work after training 3 days at office, 2 days remote
  • Paid Training and start date May 1 for 3 weeks
  • Average $45K Annually
  • Quarterly performance bonus
