Job Description

About The Team:

SSENSE is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to join our Business of Technology ("BOT") team to drive, establish, and execute the Technology Vendor Management Program. He/She/They/Them will generate day-to-day reporting while partnering with the Senior Technology Leadership team to maintain an effective program. The ideal candidate will have technology related vendor management program, contract management, and change management skills. This role reports directly to the Director of BOT.

  • Working with the Director, evaluate Technology and Business requirements to design, initiate, and track an SSENSE Vendor Management program
  • Continuously evaluate to maintain appropriate functions, inputs, outputs, and measurability
  • Evaluate current vendor contracts across categories by matrixing key contract functions across and within technology categories to deliver the foundations of a contract management program
  • Co-present a quarterly state of SSENSE Vendor contracts that highlights disparities within and across technology categories
Qualifications

How To Excel In This Role:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of recent technology related experience preferably with an ecommerce or retail company
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in technology Vendor or Contract Management teams
  • Certified in CCCM, CPCM, and/or CCMP or equivalent certifications, an asset
  • Experience with SAP Hyperion or other similar Enterprise products
  • Proficient with most Google Suite or MS Office/365 Products
