Miller is a leader in waste management, providing government and industries with a wide range of services in the provinces of Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Manitoba, Miller has 50 years' experience in the waste management sector and operates out of 30 locations.

Miller Waste is currently seeking to add safe Relief Supervisor to our growing team. We are dedicated to providing a safe and positive workplace to all of our employees.

Pay Rate:
Salaried Position

Start Time: 8:00 am

Responsibilities:

In the position of Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls for residential inquiries
  • Main switchboard operator for all incoming calls, sorting incoming mail as well as courier packages.
  • Working with supervisors on a daily basis to deal with complaints
  • You will also be required at times to assist the Management team in resolving customer inquiries.
  • Dispatching residential calls/complaints to Route Supervisor and Drivers
  • Filing and general maintenance of all office records update daily records as well as any other general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual
  • French and English
  • Highly productive, team player with excellent written, oral and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
Superior communication and organizational skills are key for this role, as is your ability to manage multiple priorities.
