Join Parsons as a Discipline Lead We are looking for a highly skilled Discipline Lead to join our LRT team. As the Technical Discipline Lead, you will play a crucial role in the Technical Services team for the Edmonton Valley Line West (EVLW) LRT project.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be proficient in construction information management protocols.
  • Experience in interpreting technical specifications and complex drawings.
  • Manage issues between design and construction phases.
  • Communicate effectively across different project teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring technical governance procedures.
  • Ability to read plans, prepare reports, and perform engineering calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Recognize and address hazardous work conditions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in public infrastructure or transportation projects.
  • Knowledge of public works contracts and P3 projects.
  • Experience in concrete construction, rail works, or similar projects.

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
