Night Auditor

We are looking to add a Night Auditor to our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role as the first point of contact during nighttime hours, performing various tasks such as acting as a Front Desk Agent, reconciling accounts, and assisting hotel guests with their needs.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager or designated personnel:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest queries and provide help in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls and manage new reservations
  • Follow cash handling procedures accurately
  • Adhere to all department and Company policies
  • Ensure guest security by proper management of room keys and personal information
  • Conduct all night audit functions
  • Balance revenue and settlement accounts on a nightly basis
  • Reconcile daily transactions in accordance with established policies
  • Maintain records and prepare for the next day's operations
  • Address guest requests promptly and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Passion for providing excellent customer service, detail-oriented, computer literate, and a quick learner
  • Organized and capable of working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Proficient in computer usage, with a good understanding of excel and basic accounting principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective under pressure in a dynamic setting
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Preferably familiar with OPERA PMS
  • Able to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Flexible to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • The shift timing is 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with flexibility from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am
