Responsibilities:

  • Identify distribution constraints and communicate them to refine the S&OP plan;
  • Execute the S&OP plan from a roll distribution perspective;
  • Plan transfer deliveries (STO) within capacity;
  • Ensure the processing and followup of purchase orders according to business rules (order routing, allocation of orders in the network, establishment of the distribution network, creation of STO distribution, date management);
  • Analyze roll inventory on hand to ensure proper turnover and communicate information to production planners to avoid overaged inventory
  • Ensure sound management of STOs in the system;
  • Establish required security inventory levels for each product
