The Role:


The Finance Systems Support resource provides technical support and operations expertise for the Company's global Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains, GP) and Tensoft RCM (Revenue, Billing, and Contract Management) systems.

The role includes communication of best practices, IT-focused data integrity and efficiency activities, projects such as integration of acquired Companies, and development of technical Reports.

This position works with another Finance Systems Support resource and prioritizes the above activities across both resources.

What you will be doing:

  • Microsoft Dynamics (GP 2015) technical operations and administration for a large multicurrency implementation
  • Tier II support to "super users" in internal Finance Centers of processing
  • Support to GP15 Users in Operations
  • Support of Great Plains technical environment (data integrity, data consistency, adherence to structures and rules)
  • Periodic projects involved data cleansing, data importing, and other activities related to the integration of additional businesses
  • Continuous Improvement opportunities will evolve in areas of bestpractice implementations, supporting the company's growth through acquisitions, and integration of Great Plains to the data warehouse for improved business information services

What you bring:

  • Best practice knowledge on Great Plains
  • Tensoft Revenue Recognition Management (desirable)
  • Overall business setup, process, budgeting, and business reporting
  • Handson Experience with GP15 Setups, troubleshooting, and SmartConnect
  • Related tools and adhoc reporting (Management Reporter, SSRS, Excel interfaces, SmartLists, SQL)
  • Solid understanding of Finance operations (terminologies, practices)
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • 35 years of directly relevant experience
