L'équipe Gestion de la marque travaille en collaboration avec les différentes unités d'affaires afin d'assurer l'uniformité de la marque dans toutes les communications de Bell, y compris celles liées aux expériences numériques, à la publicité et au design. Elle assure aussi un soutien auprès des équipes Commandites, , Médias sociaux et Analytique de la clientèle.

Le groupe Gestion de la marque soutient également les équipes chargées des commandites, du site , des médias sociaux et de l'analytique des marchés.

En tant que membre de l'équipe Gestion de la marque de Bell, vous contribuerez à l'évolution de nos capacités de marketing par moteur de recherche. Il s'agit d'une excellente occasion de gérer des campagnes de marketing des moteurs de recherche pour l'une des plus grandes entreprises de télécommunications au pays. Nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un spécialiste, recherche payée dans nos bureaux de Montréal ou de Toronto, qui deviendra un membre à part entière de notre équipe Performance numérique.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Participer en profondeur à toutes les facettes de la gestion des campagnes de recherche commanditée, de la stratégie au lancement en passant par l'optimisation et la production de rapports.
- Effectuer des recherches sur les mots-clés, la rédaction créative, la mise à l'essai de publicités et la gestion quotidienne des campagnes de marketing de la recherche.
- Adopter des formats et des outils publicitaires novateurs de premier plan pour briser le moule et favoriser le rendement.
- Surveiller les budgets des campagnes pour s'assurer qu'ils sont gérés adéquatement et que tous les échéanciers relatifs aux rapports, aux lancements et aux livrables sont respectés.
- Produire des rapports sur le rendement des campagnes de marketing de la recherche à l'aide de diverses plateformes de production de rapports, y compris Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Data Studio et d'autres outils de production de rapports de tiers.
- Participer aux séances d'information sur les campagnes, aux présentations et aux conférences téléphoniques sur les rapports.
- Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances dans le secteur du marketing des moteurs de recherche en Amérique du Nord grâce à des recherches constantes, à des articles, à des webinaires et à des événements de l'industrie.

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en marketing de la recherche.
- Capacité avérée de gérer, d'optimiser et de produire des rapports dans le cadre de campagnes de marketing de la recherche.
- Expérience avec Search Ads 360, Adobe Marketing Cloud et Campaign Manager de Google (anciennement DCM).
- Solides aptitudes pour l'analyse et une capacité naturelle de générer efficacement des données exploitables à partir de l'interprétation de données.

**Qualifications souhaitées**:

- Baccalauréat en marketing, en administration des affaires, en statistiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Connaissance pratique des plateformes Google Analytics et Adobe Analytics, un atout.
- Expérience avec des plateformes de suivi des appels numériques.
