We are currently seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join the Ray Cullen Family
  • Monday to Friday
9am-5pm

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Greeting Clients upon their arrival at the dealership.
  • Handle general inquiries from Clients, and direct calls to appropriate Staff/Departments.
  • Communicate with all callers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner and attempt to minimize the amount of time they are placed on hold.
  • Refer messages to correct party in a timely manner.
  • Inform telephone company maintenance department of any switchboard malfunctions.
  • Revise and distribute company telephone lists when necessary.
  • Perform clerical duties such as arranging for couriers and proofreading, and assist other administrative departments as necessary.
  • Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
  • Be professional with handling Clients, Colleagues and all visitors to Ray Cullen
  • Business Casual attire with Ray Cullen supplied tops
