You have an eye for troubleshooting operational malfunctions on equipment then communicating and executing repair solutions. You'll be one of the front line contacts between GNJ and the customer. Goals

:

  • Fulfill service duties at customer sites on docks and overhead doors
  • Meet SLA Agreement standards of service
  • Successfully service equipment and encourage repeat business through exceptional customer service

Key Work Activities

:

  • Receive service call requests from the national call centre department
  • Explain problems, solutions consequences, conditions, and cost of repairs to customers
  • Repair dock products at customer's facility including: doors, seals, bumpers, restraints
  • Test specific areas, parts, and components to ensure safety and optimal operation of equipment
  • Fill out work orders outlining issue, summary of work performed, and actions required
