Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Manage the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets for projects and operational expenses.

Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors to ensure timely completion of audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management to facilitate decision-making and achieve business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, cost accounting, and project financial management.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with Microsoft GP is an asset.
