The Senior Credit Analyst proactively manage a portfolio of buyers by gathering the appropriate level of information and assessing buyers according to defined targets (manual grading).

Key Responsibilities/What You Do:

Manage a profitable portfolio of business within the parameters agreed upon with the Regional Director of Information & Grading, utilizing sound credit analysis techniques. Realize and maintain numerous contacts with buyers in the form of buyer visits and/or phone calls. Monitor high risk buyers and solicit proprietary information for EHNA database by establishing a rapport and maintaining contact with Finance Directors, Treasurers, through visits and telephone and written correspondence. Utilizing all information available arrive at consistent grading of buyers within authority and make detailed recommendations to Supervisor and/or Regional Director when outside authority. Evaluate industry conditions and current EHNA exposures to recommend portfolio actions to increase or decrease aggregate coverage. Provide certain number of analysis without buyer contact. Communicate with Agents and Commercial Underwriters and/or customers as to underwriting requirements regarding industry outlooks and target markets. Prepare buyer visit reports and GRIC reports. Take responsibility in projects and initiatives supporting RBM and IRP related matters. Complete the quarterly industry sector update for the CSM (Country Sector Matrix)

Key Requirements/What You Bring:

Bilingual (English & French) Bachelor's Business Administration or Finance, MBA preferred 4-6 years' experience in financial analysis, credit Analysis or another relevant field Strong analytical, interpersonal and self-motivation Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Capacity to communicate with 3rd parties to get info Ability to work in a team, ensure good relationship with risk underwriting team

L'Analyste de Crédit Senior gère de manière proactive un portefeuille d'acheteurs en recueillant le niveau d'information approprié et en évaluant les acheteurs selon des objectifs définis (notation manuelle).

Responsabilités Clés / Ce Que Vous Faites:

Gérer un portefeuille d'affaires rentable dans le cadre des paramètres convenus avec le directeur régional de l'information et du classement, en utilisant de solides techniques d'analyse de crédit. Réaliser et maintenir de nombreux contacts avec les acheteurs sous forme de visites d'acheteurs et/ou d'appels téléphoniques. Surveiller les acheteurs à haut risque et solliciter des informations exclusives pour la base de données de l'EHNA en établissant un rapport et en maintenant le contact avec les directeurs financiers, les trésoriers, par le biais de visites et de correspondance téléphonique et écrite. En utilisant toutes les informations disponibles, parvenir à un classement cohérent des acheteurs dans les limites de l'autorité et faire des recommandations détaillées au superviseur et/ou au directeur régional lorsqu'ils ne sont pas autorisés. Évaluer les conditions de l'industrie et les expositions actuelles d'EHNA afin de recommander des actions de portefeuille pour augmenter ou diminuer la couverture globale. Fournir un certain nombre d'analyses sans contact avec l'acheteur. Communiquer avec les agents et les souscripteurs commerciaux et/ou les clients quant aux exigences de souscription concernant les perspectives de l'industrie et les marchés cibles. Préparer les rapports de visite des acheteurs et les rapports GRIC. Prendre la responsabilité de projets et d'initiatives soutenant les questions liées à RBM et IRP. Effectuer la mise à jour trimestrielle du secteur industriel pour le CSM (Country Sector Matrix).

Exigences Clés/Ce Que Vous Apportez:

Bilingue (anglais et français) Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou en finance, MBA de préférence 4 à 6 ans d'expérience en analyse financière, en analyse du crédit ou dans un autre domaine pertinent. Analyse de crédit ou dans un autre domaine pertinent Solides compétences analytiques, interpersonnelles et auto-motivation Maîtrise de l'informatique et connaissance de Microsoft Word et Excel. Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication écrite et verbale, Capacité à communiquer avec des tiers pour obtenir des informations Capacité à travailler en équipe et à entretenir de bonnes relations avec l'équipe de souscription des risques.
