  20. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  21. Answer electronic enquiries
  22. Oversee development of communication strategies
  23. Compile data, statistics and other information
  24. Oversee the preparation of reports
  25. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  26. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  27. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  28. Oversee payroll administration
  29. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  30. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  31. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  32. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  33. Conduct research
