Key Responsibilities:

  • Holding your team

  • Following company procedures, checklist, and company standards; ensuring your team does the same.
  • Staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management/evaluations, disciplinary action,
    succession planning.
  • Comply with all company, provincial, federal, and local labour laws, and policies.
  • Foster
    team morale and the engagement of employees.
  • Delegates duties. Set the team up for a successful day; shift; week.
  • Monitoring processes and auditing production, employee productivity, food and beverage quality, guest satisfaction, and store cleanliness.
  • Food & beverage ordering. Managing ordering inventory.
  • Staff scheduling.
  • Understanding restaurant analytics by analyzing P&Ls, KPIs; initiating corrective actions and implementation to meet company
    expectations.

Requirements:

  • Must be a confident leader.
  • Some previous management experience.
  • Proven success with hiring and development.
  • Experience with operational systems such as scheduling, labour control, inventory, and sales reports.
  • Great communication.
  • Neat, Clean and Organized
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required to meet operating and project needs.
