- Team Development: Lead and develop Team Members, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Inventory Management: Assist the Team Leader in managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Financial Management: Assist the Team Leader in analyzing sales, reports, and labor, and providing recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and security protocols.
- Leadership: Function as a point person and departmental leader in the absence of the Team Leader, making decisions and taking charge of the team.
- Experience: 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
- Skills: High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our products, core values, and company philosophy. Extensive knowledge of Specialty products. Growth mindset towards greater responsibility and ownership. Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 pounds. In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours. Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
- Environmental Factors: Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals. Exposure to temperatures: 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
