To provide support to the P&B unit by updating system information, responding to service request tickets and supporting project work as required.
Education:
Completion of High School diploma with some courses in post secondary education preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or Pension & Benefits.
Experience:
Experience working in Human Resources or Pension & Benefits is an asset.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe).
Skills:
Ability to work as a member of a team.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems quickly.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a high-volume transactional work environment.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
