Work closely with HR and IT teams to constantly improve our HRIS ecosystem.
Lead HRIS improvement and implementation projects as a systems and processes specialist.
Support super-users and guide them toward optimal use of the tools at their disposal.
Collaborate and contribute to all phases of project implementation and improvement: analysis, configuration, documentation, training, etc.
Create technical and functional documents.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Excellent systems, process and data management skills.
A strong demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
A focus on continuous improvement and quality of execution.

Solid knowledge of Excel.
