Work closely with HR and IT teams to constantly improve our HRIS ecosystem.

Lead HRIS improvement and implementation projects as a systems and processes specialist.

Support super-users and guide them toward optimal use of the tools at their disposal.

Collaborate and contribute to all phases of project implementation and improvement: analysis, configuration, documentation, training, etc.

Create technical and functional documents.
