About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team at Meltwater Group. As a key member of our HRIS function, you will play a critical role in enhancing HR experiences for our global workforce of 2,700 employees across 30 countries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert-level support for Workday functional configuration, reporting, and mass data processing, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive business requirements for requested changes, enhancements, or projects, articulating functional processes from beginning to end.
  3. Partner with business leaders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality.
  4. Collaborate with other internal and external SMEs in the Workday ecosystem to leverage knowledge, alternative solutions, and best practices, ensuring a holistic approach.
  5. Responsible for thorough testing and analysis of new Workday features and functionality, participating in release planning and ensuring seamless adoption.
  6. Mentor and guide more junior colleagues in leading processes, configuration, and testing, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  7. Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries, resolving issues accurately and timely.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  2. 3+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration across three or more HCM modules, supporting a mid-to-large-sized business.
  3. 3+ years of experience with cross-functional Workday administration, including security design and business process management.
  4. 2+ years of experience in HRIS project management, including analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
  5. Proven Workday functional expertise in assigned areas of support, including awareness of Workday capabilities and limitations.
  6. Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  7. Functional experience with broad HR practices and program development, allowing for understanding of stakeholder needs across HR functions.
  8. Compliance experience in PII, GDPR, SOX (Preferred)

  1. Competitive Compensation - Base Salary of $98,000 - $116,000 CAD per year + annual bonus of 10%, subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan.
