The Building Manager's primary objective is to serve the tenants within this modern rental apartment building. This is completed through a variety of ways, including building & site maintenance and excellent customer service.

The On-Site Building Manager will work alongside a Property Manager to ensure that a high level of service and appearance is maintained on the property.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collecting rent & security deposits
  • Scheduling & showing units
  • Movein & move out inspections
  • Janitorial work in/out of building
  • Coordinating and managing trades/consultants
  • Dealing with tenant related issues
  • Basic painting, drywall repair and plumbing when needed

Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Able to read, write and speak English
  • Basic operations of a computer and smart phone
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous Building Manager/Operator or related field experience
