Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while also providing excellent customer service to our tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify any maintenance needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The work will involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
