As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall contract administration, technical expertise, and ensure the project is constructed per the design and support the overall project.

What your Responsibilities would be:
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and adjust project plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide overall contract administration, technical expertise and support.
- Negotiate and issue subcontracts and monitor their progress and schedule
- Understands and enforces contracts and contract documents.
- Coordinate the project close out efforts
Qualifications
- Construction related degree or diploma
- PMP designation would be an asset.
- 5 years of construction experience with condos and apartments
- Indepth knowledge of the construction industry including building materials, construction specifications, safety and quality managements practice's.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
- Experience managing largescale, complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong computer skills, MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
